About Us

 We have been in business for over 50 years starting as Lomita Blueprint Service, Inc. As technology advanced we transitioned to a digital printing company. In 1997, we started offering a Design and Drafting Service and have since done 100's of home design remodels as well as Tenant Improvements for commercial buildings.

Our Senior Designers have Architectural Degrees and approximately 10 years of experience. All our designs are done electronically (CAD) and we have developed an excellent repoire with all the South Bay cities.
